As a buyer I found him to be professional and pleasant to deal with, trying his best to get the right price for his client without being overbearing or making me feel uncomfortable. 6 years on when I recently wanted to sell my house I had several agents around, but Joey was the clear choice for me, and I was not disappointed. He provided me with an honest opinion of what price he felt he could achieve for my property based on his extensive experience in the area, and based on my own research I knew he wasn't trying to give me an inflated number just to get my business. Joey was able to successfully sell my house at the first open home, negotiating with the buyer to achieve a price that I was comfortable with and met my needs.
