We were ready to put our property in the market. Joey was referred by a family friend. At first meeting, Joey inspected the property and went through the process on how we will be selling our property. Joey also provided us an indicative price range we agree would be a good number to sell the property. We managed to get an offer and sale on the first open day and was able to get the high range of the property price to complete the deal.
