Joey helped the reviewer sell this property

Joey Lustri

I purchased my investment property from Joey in 2015, and less than two years later decided to put in back on the market. I contacted Joey at 8pm on a Sunday night, by Monday had the paperwork filled out, Tuesday got photos taken and Saturday was the open house. Joey had 22 parties through and 5 offers on the table for me by 4pm. Three of the offers were for my asking price and two were over and above. We signed contracts on Sunday morning. Joey sold my house, start to finish in 6 days for $20k more than asking! I can't recommend him highly enough and will continue to use him for any future purchases/sales.
