When initial request to view property through agent he refused saying it was a public holiday- it was a public holiday in Brisbane NOT Logan! When I pointed that out to him he was still reluctant to show property. On day of handover the previous owners were still in residence and Johan didn’t seem to care and told me to wait another hour - that hour turned into 3 hours. Johan assured me that the agency would compensate with covering cleaning cost which he did not do despite receipts sent. VERY disappointed and VERY unprofessional.. would definitely NOT RECOMMEND
