I approached Johan Nilsson and his team at Hartley Realty to take charge of the selling of a block of land for me. I live in London, unable to come to Australia because of the pandemic lockdowns, I needed to rely on the services of an agent who had intimate knowledge of the area up for sale and the expertise to get the best price. Hartley Realty was that agency; they kept me in touch at all times, advised me on what would be a realistic price, and how to market the place. When various bids came in Johan kept me informed and because of his experience was able to assess which of the bids were bona fide.
