Started off well but was stressful towards the end
Some situations were more stressful than it needed to be. For example, the pre inspection was left till 2 days before settlement and felt rushed even though we asked to have it a week before as our settlement agent advised.
At the pre inspection although we identified a few issues with the working order of the property (eg: fans not working, air con cover breaking during the inspection) we kept getting reminded by the agent that we will incur penalties if we held up settlement. In the end although we got the transaction over the line with both parties agreeing, we felt backed in to a corner by the agent and forced to settle due to the time pressure we were under which we did not appreciate.
Overall, I would say the service was very good to start with by more stressful than it needed to be towards the end.
