Johann helped the reviewer sell this property

Amazing result!!

We were referred to Johann though a close family friend. After hearing the result they received from using Johann we had hopes of getting a quick sale at a time and a suburb that was not moving very quickly. infact sales in Iluka were depressed. A few well known sales reps had told us a figure they believed the prop would sell for. Johann was amazing, he pitched an idea that no other agent had pitched to us, while we were apprehensive we felt secure with Johann's recommendations. We received an offer on our property (and accepted it) within 14 days of the listing going live. Not only that the offer was $50,000.00 above what all other agents suggested we would receive. We were extremely happy. The purchasers did however have some minor issues with the sale of their property but at all times Johann kept us very informed of the progress and at all times we knew what was happening and why. Happy to say it all settled within the expected time frames thanks to Johanns hard work. I would not hesitate to use Johann again and I would defiantly recommend him to any potential seller. He deserves the full 5 star review.
