I engaged John Anderson to sell a 2 bedroom art deco apartment in Woollahra, which I owned for almost 30 years. From the moment we met, he was friendly, helpful, responsive, strategic and pragmatic. John assisted us with the purchase of an investment property in early 2025. As we live out of Sydney we needed someone on the ground to guide us through the process. John started the process by getting an understanding of the type of property we were looking for, location and budget we had to spend. We were then presented with properties that suited our brief with an estimated fair market value. Most importantly John was able to gain access to properties that were not yet on the market. John organised property inspections for when we were in Sydney and if we could not attend he would inspect on our behalf. Once a property was identified John assessed its value then undertook the negotiation using that value as a guide. He also completed all property due diligence including strata and building reports. We were given assistance through the entire process, right to the day of settlement. We would not have secured the property without Johns help.
