It was a pleasure working with John during the purchase of our apartment. He was very accommodating and always communicated well by telephone.

Our property was a difficult one to sell in a market that was soft at the time. John managed to get exactly what I thought the property was worth from all the research I had personally done. Following John's advise we went to auction, which was close but on his advise we passed it in and left it to John to negotiate with the highest bidder. Within a couple of days John had negotiated the deal that I wanted and we signed the contract. Very happy to get rid of a problem and open the door to other opportunities. Can't ask for more than that!
