Family home sale

John has kept in touch with us for the past 6 years or more, after he sold the home next door. He sent regular market updates that were easy reading, with the stats on sales and growth in the area. We almost put our home on the market a year or so ago but decided not to - John respected our decision. This time is was a bit of a rush and John was ready to go, but still the decision was ours with no pressure from him, he gave us the info we needed to make a decision. And we did, and we sold! Open homes well organised and feed back given on all and follow up calls relayed to us. Good comms, informative comms by email or text but not over done.
