Disappointed

I had a frustrating experience with John Armstrong regarding post-sale professionalism and communication. My property was successfully bought off market. Despite this, the agent went ahead and advertised the property publicly for their own marketing purposes, without seeking my authorization or asking for my consent. Furthermore, I sent emails requesting information regarding the process for the 90 day building liability period be emailed, which have been ignored.
