Johns' knowledge of the area was very good. My unit was not a walk in the park to sell as you had to be over 55years old to live there and no pets. This made selling the unit a bit harder, but John never gave up, and sold it for the price i wanted. What i like about John the most was his honesty and non-pushy salesman attitude.
