After the decision to place my acreage home in Cedar Grove on the market I spoke with three different real estate agents. John Bartolo of Harcourts Jimboomba was the third and that is where I stopped. It was not the agency I looked for though the PERSON I wanted to take on selling my home for me. From our first meeting I could tell that John was the person to trust, with both my needs and the possible future buyers of my home. It was a hard task with listing in early December though John's encouragement over the slow period of Christmas was never shy. Having a contract signed in early January was a fantastic result and now in March 2018 handover of the home has happened and thank you to John I believe this has been the best experience of sale I could ask for. Next year my wife and I are planning on selling our home in Flagstone and I will ask for no one else but John to take on that task for us. I will recommend John to anyone wishing to sell.
