From the beginning I found him to be quite rude & I just about cancelled, simply based on what I felt was aggressive, bullying behaviour and would never like to have any further contact.

Hi Meredith, I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience with me as your agent as I always strive for excellent service to both buyer and seller. I do not feel you were pressured, bullied, made to make a decision you didn't want to, nor was I aggressive in any way. You made a request to negotiate on price after your pest and building report, of which I felt was unreasonable based off what other very similar townhouses in the complex were selling for. I followed this up with sales evidence to support my claims. Your request to reduce in price was taken to the vendor and it was rejected. The vendor agreed to do some of the requests in good faith, that were not completely necessary. The appropriate reply was then forwarded through the vendors conveyancer. I will endeavor to improve on my communication and service to you during settlement, and I am apologizing that it was never my intention to upset you, as we were merely negotiating. Thanks John
