I trusted John with the sale of our parents' home; having spoken to some other agents first, what I liked about John was that I found him honest and approachable, friendly and well-motivated. There was no 'spin' and I trusted him; he understood the emotional impact of selling the house after its being our home for such a long time. He was very communicative with regular updates from him via email, text and personal calls, as well as weekly detailed reports from his agency. Plus, he helped us sell our family home - not an easy task, given that the garden had become neglected. Having John in our corner was a good experience, and I am very grateful for his hard work.
