John is hands down the best because he is a perfect storm of amazing qualities. First of all he works really hard. He's across every minute detail. Then there is the charm. He can engage the buyers, the sellers, the sparky, the mother in law, whoever he is interacting with he's got them onside. Years and years and years of experience, he is incredibly good at what he does. I also found him to be a great listener he really responded to my needs and worries while I was selling at a tricky time. He has integrity and kindness, intuition and style. On auction day he predicted with 100% accuracy who would seriously bid. I got a tremendous result with him when I sold my flat in Northcote and it was such a fun, easy, stress free process.
