We were away for most of the time while the property was being marketed. John organised all the tradesmen to spruce up the property, including painting,minor repairs, hire furniture and accessories etc and kept us fully informed of all the progress and costs. The property was passed in on auction day and John immediately chased up a prospective buyer who had not attended the auction and closed the deal by 4PM that day.
