John seems like a great guy, he knew the market and my area,he was great at communicating, kept us informed all the way. John took care of alot of fiddly house maintance issuee to make open home a success. John got the results we wanted in 1 week. It seemed all parties were happy and I felt he had an honest approach. I would highly recommend John and his Team again! Matt also has a really relaxed, warm friendly approach which is a bonus for open homes and private viewings! I also liked that John was down to earth and allways available. Thanks again! I dont think any other agents in the area would have gone above and beyond like John did!

John really knows the area well and made the whole selling process painless. His communication was very prompt and clear. John, unlike many agents, does not focus on commission but looks to achieve a higher and fair price for the seller. His market knowledge of our suburb was superior to other agents spoken with. He did not suggest lower selling price to achieve a sale but read the market extremely well. John’s communication could not be exceeded as he kept us informed the entire journey. We noticed how he also helped to guide the buyers without any sales pressure. Considering all these attributes John is also a very nice person.

I am a single woman in my 70s who decided to downsize and move closer to my grandchildren, and selling my home was a big life transition.
