John and Erna are a great team. They appear knowledgablee and not afraid to say so id they need to check any areas that might need further examination. Most importantly they are considerate of their clients individual needs. I found their communication to be generous, timely and consistantly personal in nature. I appreciated their kind interest in my individual situation regarding the sale of my property. They advised me of areas which would/could influence my decisions without appearing to be pushy but rather letting me make the decision after considering all angles.
