Great sales agent

I saw a listing on Domain and replied to the ad just before business close and John replied back straight away with my questions answered. It was not a generic response like you usually get with other agents. After noting that he was hardly on the computer he handed me over to his lovely wife Erna who sent me all the relevant strata details over for the unit that I was interested in. Attending the home open there was a line out the door where Erna took my details down and I went inside to view the property, where poor John was answering the same questions on repeat. John had answered most of my questions talking to others, so when it came time to chat all i needed was the offer form. Putting in the offer I sent it to both John and Erna where Erna replied with the formal offer to sign. John called me a few days later once all the offers were presented to congratulate me on my purchase and Erna sent me all the documentation to sign. Doing the pre settlement inspection John took us through the house and showed us where everything was and even checking some appliances for us.
