John was extremely helpful and supportive as an agent, without being pushy. He followed up but didn't harass. We were able to trust his intentions, and he remembered details of what we wanted in a home and worked to match us with a property we would love. He gave us realistic expectations, and put the extra effort in to make sure he not just made a sale, but that we are happy in our new home.
