I would highly recommend John Carey. I first met John when I decided to get an evaluation of my property 4 1/2 years ago when I was unemployed. I was impressed with John at the time, he was both compassionate & understanding of my situation & didn't pressure me to sell. I bought this little house 10 years ago after meeting John Carey at an open house for another property in Woy Woy that didn't quite suit my needs. After a short discussion with John at that open house he advised me of a property that had just come on the market which he thought would be of interest to me and offered to take me there directly. It was late Sunday afternoon, he didn't have to go out of his way but he did. I remember pulling up out the front of 14 Melbourne Ave and looking down the road toward the beach and then looking back at the facade and smiling.
