Upon our first inspection, he was able to give us the full history of the house (when it was built and how many owners it's had), including info on past pest and building reports and so much more. He didn't pressure us into making an offer but instead was patient and understanding of our needs. When we considered making an offer, he remained diplomatic and kept our best interests in mind, while being transparent about what the seller wanted. It is rare to find an estate agent who genuinely cares for the needs of the buyer while maintaining a good relationship with the seller.
