He gave us realistic expectations of the likely selling price, borne out by our own observations during the campaign, yet managed to achieve considerably higher. The quality of the copy, photographs and video was also extremely high, making our property stand out from the crowd. His communication was clear and consistent, always keeping us up to date. He was particularly impressive during the auction, managing an unruly bidder with grace and humour.
