In the initial sale of the property John was working into his own hours to ensure we had the home. He works very hard for both the seller and buyer. The initial assessment of market price was way off and the auction did not attract buyers in the right price bracket however John was committed and professional throughout and his communication was excellent. He managed to sell the house shortly after auction at a price we were willing to accept in order to move on and avoid a lengthy sales campaign.
