As a local I’d spent the last 7 months looking for a new property. It was refreshing to deal with a long term agent working in a family business. Very professional. John organised all the trades for sprucing up the townhouse and the furniture to make it look the best I have ever seen it. We sold prior to auction at well above the reserve. He kept us in the loop with negotiations and nothing was a problem for him to do. This is the second sale he has done for us and am glad to recommend him to anyone.
