John has been amazing, what you would expect from an agent. Very professional, calm, listens to his clients (their requirements, demand), very responsive (will call you back straight away, keep you updated, and follow up with vendor & purchasers agents etc) and over all he went way above our expectations!
Whenever we've thought about buying/selling, John has always been our first point of contact. He is professional, reliable and his knowledge of the local market is second to none. Nothing is ever a hassle, or too much to ask, and we're always kept in the loop every step of the way. John makes buying and selling easy and enjoyable.
John made selling my property easy, stress free and provided an exceptional amount of knowledge/experience throughout the process. Always respectful and I never doubted his work.
John is very honest and hard working to achieve a great result for his clients. Would highly recommend.
John was thorough throughout the whole process of selling my investment property. I originally bought the home off him and had since kept in contact with him over the years when I needed to talk about the house. John was always willing to take the time to chat and always friendly. When I decided to sell the home I immediately thought of John and I’m glad I did. The entire process was effortless and he sold my home within one week!
John was extremely helpful and very supportive throughout the whole process and would recommend John and Ray White Real Estate to anyone looking and buying or selling their property.
Purchasing our first home through John was a very pleasant experience! His communication and response times were second-to-none and provided flexibility to work in with our work schedules. John was extremely helpful when responding to questions and always had answers straight away. Great knowledge of the market and the property itself. We would definitely recommend John to friends and family!
John has been great at touching base with us throughout this process. He has been reaching out to us frequently and has always been readily accessible via phone and email whenever we have had queries. Very helpful for first home buyers like us who tend to feel a little overwhelmed with the whole purchasing process.
We appointed John to as our agent two sell our two investment blocks of land following discussions with a number of other agents in Goulburn. We selected John because of his sales record and his responsiveness in obtaining our listing. John's appraisal of our properties was at the high end of our expectations and was significantly higher than a number of his competitors. He actively promoted our blocks with a professional presentation and achieved a very good result on both properties which exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation to recommend John to any vendor seeking to sell a property in Goulburn.
John worked quickly and hard to get our property on the market and sold for a great price. He managed to get the property sold faster than similar properties in the area and worked hard in negotiations ensuring we got every dollar we could out of the sale.. highly recommend
