Showed me patience and tolerance after showing me many properties over my six month search,my requirements changed during that time, my only criticism is from the time i signed the contract it took two months for settlement,luckily i was staying with relatives.When i sold and bought in northern nsw i received a token of appreciation and the bins were clean a d empty, i suggest as part of your rent agreement you pursue this,as my settlement was on a Friday and my next bin collection wasn't till the following Thurs night.
