Easy to deal with

We chose John because he was the agent we found best to deal with, in our long search for a new place. We put in offers on some of his properties but bought from another agent in the end. When selling our old place, we sought advice from our best two agents, and again John gave us the best package of advice so we went with him. We sold the property at an acceptable price in a tough market. There were twists and turns along the way, and John's counsel was useful; not that we always went with his first recommendation. He was good at following up on whatever new problem had emerged, and communicating the options and results to us promptly. Overall, we were confident in working with John and he was an easy companion on a difficult journey.
