Appreciated John's perseverance in selling the above property (and the other 3 units). We initially had the units being sold as one block however then moved to sell them individually - which in time took off. I do know that during the sales campaign John and his family had health issues to deal with, as well as a new team at Harcourts Dongara. These factors would not have made their task any easier - more so with resource companies lobbing into Dongara chasing after rentals as well. John has good knowledge of the local market and also good contacts - which helped as we had a few repairs issues to deal with that came to light during the selling process.
