I am rating Johns effort as meeting expectation not through any possible failing but rather the recommendation I was given was very high to start with. This included - very timely and accurate in all commitments ( and observed to every fine detail ) - easy to work with ( both helping me understand the sale process, in John understanding what I was expecting and in managing my expectations ( viz reality ) And it should be noted that covid-19 lockdown came in about 10 days before the scheduled auction.
