First class experience

From the outset John provided us his wealth of knowledge and experience in preparing and putting the property on the market. John personally attended every open inspection and provided us a summary immediately after every inspection. John met the tenants and prepared them for the process they were going to experience including setting an expectation in providing the property in a neat and tidy state before each open inspection including auction day. Before the auction John met with us and stepped through the entire auction process on the day of sale (which we have never experienced before) and discussed all scenarios that may potentially materialise. On auction day John delivered us a result that exceeded our expectation.
