We were not ready to sell, but when are you? So much work to do packing and moving and doing open homes - yuck! BUT... but.. John mad the process seem easy and attainable.. and it was. Well he made it so. He was so quick and efficient, he had a board up and enquiries before I could proof read the blurb in the advertising. Which really, what would you prefer, 2 week delay, or people walking through the door within about a week of singing the authority. Point is, if not for John, we would still be there, still getting one agent through a month to give an appraisal, same thing over and over, worrying about what price we would get. We GOT the price we wanted, he got it DONE! Patience was hard over the 2-4 weeks of open homes, but really..2-4 weeks! Looking back it was a great result and he didn't flower up the situation or offer promises. But when it came to doing the sale, I couldn't have chosen a better agent!
