John was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to meet with us at the first available time we requested, was helpful with answering all our questions about the house, and very responsive to all attempts at communication. Even when we encountered roadblocks with us trying to secure finance, John was very patient, and even offered his help with trying to resolve the situation. He went above and beyond what we'd expect from our real estate agent, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to future prospective buyers.

After selling a number of properties prior, I was blown away at the communication and dedication of John. We placed our house on the market with a house at the very top end of the market and expected a sale period of 9 months or longer and sold it in 5 days! John never relented even though it took a long time to find the right buyer. Even after two offers fell through John remained 100% focused. A credit to the Peard group, unlike some others that haven’t followed up a single viewing even after attending several home opens. We wouldn’t use anybody else when selling.
