My entire career has been in real estate, starting out in Sydney’s Inner West before moving further west to focus on Parramatta and its surrounds as a licensed real estate agent. I’m in real estate because I love meeting new people, and get enormous satisfaction in selling a client’s property for a price that exceeds expectations. The top sale price I’ve achieved was $2.1 million. Given that the reserve price was $1.4 million, my clients were delighted with the extra $700k that my market knowledge and persistence gained for them. Over the last two decades the real estate industry has changed dramatically, including the shift toward digital sales and marketing communications. Things move quickly with property, so I stick to tight timelines and communicate with clients frequently, with weekly meetings and daily updates on the sale of their home. I believe there’s no such thing as a 9-5 working day. It isn’t unusual to find me in the office after hours, mining my database or hosting conference calls with sellers. For investors looking to buy or sell in the Parramatta area, first time home buyers on the first rung or families looking to move, my indepth knowledge and understanding of the Parramatta real estate market helps me guide and support people as they transition to a new home.
