We had to keep pestering John for simple information such as move in dates and general updates about where the house was at. Leading to us not being able to finalise important things like electricity, gas and moving aids until the day before our move in date as we didn’t know when we would be allowed in the house. This made it difficult to plan and more stressful then required.
