John had excellent market knowledge for our location, provided an accurate evaluation price and marketed our place with an effective strategy. This helped us sell after our first home open for the price we were wanting.

I would have to say John is one of the best agents I have meet in a long time. He was very passionate to help when selling my fathers inlaws house. Easy to talk to and he cared about our needs. At all times giving us the truth and helping guide us with what the market is doing. He new we wonted a fair price and also a fast sale, but not a fire sale to say. John may be a good agent for the seller, however we struggled with the lack of communication, and constant delays with the processing. Although the seller may have been dragging their feet, we would have benefitted from more communication from the agent so that we knew what was going on, and nearly walked away from the purchase of the land due to this.
