John was very very impressive, the best of about 40 years of buying and selling 11 houses. Very professional, very efficient, set up well thought out advertising and has also set up a truely stellar team with Shelly and Ben. We had a great deal of problems selling our house owing to buyers not meeting contract obligations but John was always supportive and in the end, by encouraging a cash buyer, managed to sell the house. Even better, and unexpectedly, the cash buyer gave us the best price.
