From the moment that I first spoke with John, I was extremely impressed at his demeanour over the phone. When we first met on site, it was like long lost friends. He had done considerable research on the market in my area and was ready to make substantial recommendations on marketability and the value of my property. Whilst it was less than I was thinking, he put it in such a way that I was confident that I was over reading the market. Throughout the sale process, he always kept me informed on a regular basis and never over stated the situation - his honesty is a virtue and very valued. I did not live local so he was always gave me a heads up when additional maintenance was required, and when it wasnt. To say that John was professional seems like an understatement and an injustice to his performance and attention to detail. He obvioulsy has a very solid support team around him. I would have no heistation whatsoever in recommending John to any prospective sellor (or purchaser). Cannot thank him enough for his assistance and efforts.

Don't bother with any other agent this bloke's the best. That probably sounds a little corny but I have been dealing with real estate agents with my business and personal life for over 40 years and have yet to come across any one that comes close. And that's no BS
