It is a breath of fresh air to be able to have found Real Estate Agents that genuinely care about the people who have trusted them to sell their properties and buyers looking to purchase through them.
John Fischer and his team are the best agents on the Gold Coast. Elanora is a difficult suburb especially when it comes to acreage properties. We tried other agents and the truth is, only John Fischer and his team have the ability, confidence and experience to get the job done. Don't waste your time like we did with other agents who tell you they are good and then crumble and turn to dust when things get tough. John and his team fought to the end when things got really tough. Without them, job would not have got done. The sold $165,000 more than the other agent we sacked. What John and his team promised, they delivered on and more. We are high maintenance sellers, and like John West, we only select the best. You want the best, then only John Fischer otherwise you are not doing yourself or your family any favours. Here is another thing. The marketing costs were fair and reasonable. The nearest competing agents had poor quality images by comparison. The editorial was so professionally written. The office staff chased and drove hard to ensure professionalism. Everything was perfection. John's team love him and this shines through. When staff members are working around the clock at 10:00pm, you know they care unlike others. John is proven. John has the clients for your property. He doesn't stuff around and he knows how to close a deal. Whilst Real Estate agents usually work for the sellers, John and his team worked for the buyers also to be the mediators ensuring the best result for the seller and the buyer. Our buyers have bought a number of properties from John Fischer and his team. In fact our buyer went as far to say that they wished they sold their property with John vs the agent they engaged. So, in closing, uncut......select the winners from the beginning. Your home is your asset and it isn't an experiment. Get it right first time. Like in the Melbourne Cup, you want to win, have the best rider. In this case, have John sell your property not an apprentice.
