John was considerate and clear with the way he handled the pre-auction procedures. Ensuring I knew the cut-off date and time for the final offer. Before I signed the final contract of sale, he showed me the contract for the offer I had beaten. He gave me the option of a face-to-face, instead of the stressful silently bidding over the phone during work hours. He has been more than patient with my lateness to meetings, also giving up his time, so that I may visit my property before settlement date. So I guess the heading says it all – John went above & beyond.

Your constant efforts to attract buyers for our home and daily up-dates on progress (sometimes several times a day) made it a pleasure to sell the house after almost 30 years in residence and sadly needing to move, we didn't need stress and you and your team made sure there was a minimum of hassle and got us a great price after heaps of extra hours of chasing up buyers. John is a nice guy and pleasant to work with. Whilst we achieved middle of the range quoted in writing his verbal advice was initially more encouraging on price. During the campaign we sensed he was not going to deliver to our satisfaction. He did not deliver the outcome and we needed to rely on the auctioneer to do the private negotiation after auction.

I purchased the property almost 3 years earlier from John and in this initial phase I found John to be a very kind, understanding and friendly agent to deal with. The process was not one that was rushed, he took everything said into consideration and went out of his way to see to any request that we had. Naturally with this wonderful service I turned to john and his team when it came time to sell the property.
