A fantastic first auction experience with John and Carlos

I recently purchased my new home through John and Carlos at JAS Stephens and had a fantastic experience throughout the entire process. Both were friendly, professional, approachable and responsive, and always happy to answer my questions and provide information along the way. As this was my first time bidding at an auction, I particularly appreciated John taking the time beforehand to explain the process and give me some helpful advice, which made the experience feel much less daunting. Carlos was also fantastic during the inspections and in the lead-up to auction day, and both made what could have been a very stressful process feel positive and exciting. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new home and very grateful to John, Carlos and the team at JAS Stephens for helping make it happen. Highly recommend!
