I bought a villa unit in South Kingsville through John as an investment purchase. He was easy to deal with from the first inspection through to signing, and quick to come back with answers whenever I had questions. John chased down the details I needed for my due diligence rather than leaving me to work it out, and kept things moving on his side. After the contract he also arranged for me to advertise for a tenant early, with opens before settlement, which saved me weeks of vacancy.
