Honest, Genuine and approachable agent

This is the second time I have sold a home with John Galea and he proved throughout this sale campaign why I trusted him again. He gives realistic price guides, knows the inner west market like nobody else, and provided a really thorough timeline of the sale campaign and set expectations that he clarified and checked in on throughout. He is approachable, honest, and had nothing but time to answer questions, explain the process, provide his thoughts and stopped short of providing advice - the consummate professional. He checked in with me throughout the campaign to ensure I was still comfortable, told me what I can expect at each stage, how each process would work, and was genuinely warm and friendly. I have also bought a property from John and know that he treats his buyers with the same respect, openness and honesty as he treats his vendors, and this is exactly what I would want as a vendor. I found him to be transparent in his communication, honest and responsive - what more could you ask for in an agent?! I would recommend John to anyone in the area, but particularly people who may be a bit unsure about the process - John will look after you, coach you, support you and ensure you are comfortable with the sale process.
