We feel overall John did a good job with helping us sell our property and negotiating the purchase of our new house, but we felt the communication had almost ceased once the properties went unconditional as we had not done this before (buy and sell) a little guidance would have certainly helped us through the stressful last week of settlement. One thing that really soured our new house experience was moving into a unclean house, no attempt was made by the seller not even a quick vacuum after we spent many hours trying to make the house we moved out of clean and presentable (common courtesy?). So what should have been an exciting time was made very disappointing from our point of view to have to clean it before we could move in, I realise this was not Johns fault/problem but I feel that Ray White as a company could communicate with its customers to try and help make something easy to fix/prevent like checking to see if the property is tidy for the purchaser. Something so little can make a big difference at a stressful time like moving into a new house.
