John and Kate were rock stars to work with. They were professional and available at every step along the way. For my family this was also an emotional experience as this was a home we had owned for 20 years. Johns empathy and kindness towards us was paramount....giving us the sense that the sale of the house was secondary to us being happy with the decision that we were "trying" to make. I say "trying" as even with offers on the table, we were still unsure we could pull the trigger to actually sell. We have sold other places in our time, where the the primary focus....was all about the money, getting the sale done. This was different. There was no pressure, and he was always there to help, or offer advice. I would have no problem recommending John, and will use his services again in the future should the need arise.
