John initially assessed my property, and advised me on what would make it appear the best for sale. We agreed upon a desired sale price, and we achieved that price. The property was sold as promptly as could be expected, given that the location is a bit out of the way. The sale went through without any glitches, and I couldn't be more pleased. And John is really a good bloke, easy to talk to, and very dedicated.
