Assured that certain equipment like lawn mower, Bar B Q set, etc would be included with the property but they were not which was somewhat of a disappointment. That aside, John was very helpful. We also had a great vendor who was very accommodating and that helped greatly.

John was great and got us the best price and a very fast sale. His knowledge of the market was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We even received flowers and champagne on settlement which was a nice touch.

I'm sure the vendor was happy with the price they got, and I was happy with the price I paid, as I know it was pretty much on the money.
