John was great and got us the best price and a very fast sale. His knowledge of the market was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We even received flowers and champagne on settlement which was a nice touch.
John was very confident of what the property was worth according to the current market and unfortunately for me the buyer, I ended up paying the market value. I'm sure the vendor was happy with the price they got, and I was happy with the price I paid, as I know it was pretty much on the money. John was very open and honest with the negotiations and was very easy to deal with. He was very available whenever I needed to discuss things. If I end up outgrowing this home and need to sell it in another 10 years time, I will definitely be looking to get John to sell it for me.

Hi everyone, just like to start this of with straight to the point answers. Firstly I was set this email just after my place was sold. Which was John's third showing of my house. No I would not do the email then as people can be two faced. He was not, ( or Paul, they are sort of my hero team) they helped me clean and fix my house so it looked good for sale and clients. John is a great Aussie bloke, who proudly saids Australia is his home first. His family originated from another part of the world, which Kohn acknowledges as his second home only as he has family there . Australia is his real homeland. When John saids he is a family man and business person, boy is he right. Prof you say well John talked to me a lot to see if he could help or if I needed help in any way. Nothing was to big or small and always acted like a gentleman. But John also has a great personality and cares for his clients, not just for cash, but as humans. John is an excellent real estate person and I would have no problems allowing people to email me and get a personnel reference about Johns work ethics that I saw or encountered. I have dealt with Mr Haidar for many years but in particular more so the last couple of months while trying to sell my property. He is a very understanding gentleman, very easy to talk to and makes sure you understand everything that is going on with your property/sale.
