John, Zoli and the MyPlace team were super helpful from the start. Their down-to-earth and knowledgeable approach made the sale journey smooth. We were delighted with the regular communication, advice and final result. Highly recommend the MyPlace team.
Delighted to have recently purchased my first home in Botany from John and the team at MyPlace. John's honesty and upfront sales support, enabled me to purchase our ideal home. Knowing that I can reach out to John at anytime has made it even easier to move from our current place into the new property. Highly recommend John and his team.
I would like to say that John & Zoli were both Great. They saw the property and had it sold within 2 weeks off market. They made my experience with an agent simple. They know the area very well and have a good data base on buyers looking to buy in the area. I would recommend these Guys to anyone looking to sell in the local area. Thanks to both of you.
Zoli was amazing in orchestrating the purchase of our forever home. We would not have found this amazing property without his help. We can fully recommend Zoli’s personable and professional services.
Thought creatively on how to achieve what I wanted to achieve
When I engaged with My Place real estate to sell our family home I found John and Zoli down to earth and patient with my lack of knowledge of the process. They made a plan at the time to help me with the sale and then purchase of new home, of which they have followed through with. They found me a new house in the area I wanted as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team for your future real estate needs.
A big thank you to John, Zoli and the MyPlace team! Always good experience.
I bought my property from Zoli and found the experience of working with him and the team to be seamless. His exceptional knowledge, patience and consistent availability was very impressive and I would recommend him unreservedly as a highly competent and trustworthy agent.
Zoli and John were professional and approachable during the buying process. Great communication throughout.
Zolli and John were great to deal with. They Kept me informed during the whole process. Highly recommended.
John and his team are always looking for the best outcome and the best experience for his customers. We're been buying and selling through his agency for years and have always gotten had wonderful outcomes. Thank you My Place for all your dedication.
We are a couple living in Singapore and we purchased this apartment in Matraville from John and Zoli, as we are overseas we could not attend an auction so with the patience from John and Zoli we had the chance to make an early bid that was within the vendors expectation and close the deal. Not all agents will deal with overseas buyers from my experience. good effort
