John and Zoli came across as trustworthy & reliable agents, and throughout the process of buying our first home they really proved this. They seemed to be able to find a fair outcome for all involved, and are obviously knowledgeable about the local area. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will absolutely be using their services in the future.
John answered all the questions we had with clarity and speed. He displayed a genuine knowledge of the market.
John was very professional and very assuring that unit 1/842 was a tremendous buy in terms of the building quality and the internal and external floor areas that we are getting. During the process of the price negotiation he never fails to keep me updated. I am thoroughly happy with the price we paid and I think we actually have got a very good deal. We are very grateful to have met John and his team. Thank you kindly.
John and his team conducted themselves professionally throughout the sale of the property.
For my first home buy John & Zoli were great to deal with. Very helpful with the process from the first viewing to the final sale Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future
My partner and myself had been looking for a property for about 5 months, and had already had a very recent unpleasant experience at an Auction a few weeks prior with a reputable Agent in Maroubra, but we were determined to keep going. We both really liked the look of 7/49 Baird Avenue form the moment we saw it and wanted it before Auction. We were taken through the process brilliantly by John and his associates. The communication was punctual and extremely professional and genuine (in person, email and over the phone) and he worked with us and advised us of exactly what to do next in the process and where the matter was at. We both felt comfortable and well looked after by John and can not thank him enough for helping us purchase this property. I would highly recommend he and 'My Place" estate Agents to any prospective buyers.
John is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with. He and Zoli at My Place Estate Agents were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of selling my property, which resulted in a successful sale. Thanks team.
John was polite and friendly and had been helpful throughout the time I have been involved with him and his team so far.
We have known John and Zoli for the past year whilst we have been looking for our new home as it’s been a process for us. Zoli has always been very approachable and has gone out of his way to inform us of new properties on the market which may have suited us, I have had many phone calls with him over this time about the market and various properties . When we found the right home Zoli made the transition from offer to signing of the contracts a smooth operation and we are very much looking forward to moving in next month!
In a declining market John & Zoli were able to achieve a sale price that I was really happy to get. I would, in hindsight, consider that I was probably a difficult vendor, and I appreciate the extra effort that was taken to manage my expectations and keep me in the loop at every step and turn. John and Zoli are the epitome of professionalism and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
As first home buyers this was a pretty daunting experience for myself and my husband but John and Zoli made it an easy and enjoyable one! Their customer care was second to none. To think we could actually trust a estate agent was a foreign concept to us but they looked after us from the very first point of contact. From Zoli taking our own videos of the flat before we could inspect the property, to meeting us on Australia Day to fit around our work schedules, his dedication to help us find our perfect home was obvious and appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough, thank you for making our dreams come true!
John & Zoli are both energetic and engaging personalities. They provided a very personalised/active sales programme in a difficult market.
